Background Information
The Oyo State Gaming Board is the Gaming Regulatory Agency of the Oyo State Government, Nigeria saddled with the responsibility of regulating (registration and licensing, permits, monitoring and inspection) betting, lottery, pools and all other gaming activities in the State with the goals of generating revenue for the State; promote accountability; improve transparency and integrity in the industry; protect the interest of participants, customers, operators and other stakeholders and the general public and utilizing proceeds earned towards good causes and community development.
